HDR

I signed up for Google+ recently. I happened across a photographer that many people have already heard of. His name is Trey Ratcliff. He has a website called Stuck in Customs. I loved his work with HDR and thought I would give it a shot. I may head back to his website and pick up the tutorials he has to offer there.

This shot was taken around 7:00 PM on the St. Martin's river near Berlin, MD and Ocean City, MD. I would appreciate your comments as every photo is a learning experience.

I used 5 exposures for this image -2,-1,0,+1,+2. I compiled them using HDR EFX Pro from NIK Software.

New site for the blog

I have decided to move my blogging activities over from Tumblr to Blogger. Mainly because the functionality is more in line with what I need. I do like Tumblr though, for all of you Tumblr fans.

I chose the name "Photographic Prince" as a take on the term Photographic Prints. It also reminds me, I am not the King of all things- yet. ;)

So tune in. I will post photos often as I experiment with different types of photography. I will also post about events, weddings, and other things I may shoot.
